"We have so enjoyed our time here.  Your collection of Orkney related books is excellent; our 7 year old especially enjoyed The Beano and The Dandy.  We (adults) appreciated knowing some history of the area.  Future guests:  if you have young children we'd recommend the Broch of Gurness.  They can climb around the ditch and enter all the chambers - it's lots more fun for them than Scara Brae.  Took the ferry to Stronsay where we saw 18-19 seals on the beach at Holland Farm.  Also found a fabulous vertebra (whale? dolphin?) on the deserted sandy beach, Rothiesholm Sand.  The photos and other artwork in the cottage are lovely.  Thanks Sheila & Kenny for your hospitality". - Robin, Sandeep & Jay - Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA.  28.05.10
